Is sea moss worth the hype? Can it do what many claim?

As a owner of an urban farm that specializes in herbal health products , sea moss gels have been one of the best sellers.With social media influence all over word gets around about many products that may have not been known about  and sea moss is one of them. My health journey has been a long one and there is a vast ocean of herbs and foods to research but a few years ago I ran across sea moss gel when I was looking at some of the late dr sebi's work. Of course there is an abundance of health related information sea moss seems to be the focus of many people and while this is good , in a way I see the bad side of it. My motto for my company is food is medicine and while many other people sell sea moss as a cure all I see it for what it is, and that is a super food! I don't recommend anyone to start any natural form of healing without getting with a medical professional and looking at their current health situation and finding a safe way to integrate it into their diet. I will however say that most of our health problems comes from our lifestyle.With that being said, lets get back to sea moss! The body needs certain minerals and vitamins to function as intended and sea moss has a leg up in that area depending on type it can contain up to 98 minerals that make up the human body! This is the perfect example of you are what you eat! People trying to take advantage of a trend will tell you sea moss will cure this and make you feel like this and the part of that I don't agree with is , while sea moss does posses many promising health benefits, it will only help as much as you let it! For example , you cant eat fried chicken everyday and expect sea moss to start making you lose weight or lower your cholesterol. Natural health and healing  happens with a new lifestyle . Sea moss with the right eating habits will do wonders but only when you have  things in balance! There are many promising herbs and foods I am still discovering on my journey and along with that I learned that food can either be your medicine or your poison! You ever see out of shape animals in the wild? No i'm sure and why do you think that is? It's because they are eating what their body needs and also working to get that nourishment so there is no need to go to the gym.Our modern lifestyle has knocked us out of touch with our own bodies.We eat for pleasure instead of survival and health, we get out of shape and need gyms because many of our jobs don't give our body a good enough workout daily! So is sea moss worth the hype ? Yes and no because you have to be willing to do what it takes to let sea moss and many other natural foods heal you and help you maintain balance, If you are ready to give your health a boost be prepared to change your diet to one that includes foods that contain the building blocks your body needs to work normally and regenerate and heal itself.
